More on Christian terrorism

It is reported that that Scott Roeder, Dr. Tiller's assassin, "was a subscriber to Prayer and Action News, a magazine that advocated the justifiable homicide position, said publisher Dave Leach, an anti-abortion activist from Des Moines, Iowa." The New York Times reports that Leach had this to say this about the murder:

“To call this a crime is too simplistic,” Mr. Leach said of Dr. Tiller’s death.
It is clearly inaccurate to characterize this crime as nothing more than the lone act of a madman. Rather, it is the expression of a movement that advocates terrorism as a tool for advancing its aims.

We live in a culture of death. The same logic that this murderer used is the same logic our nation used when taking our Saddam Hussein. I will also add it's the same logic used for abortions themselves. We live in a nation where we feel we can solve our problems by "taking someone out." Very sad. But one person's terrorist is another person's freedom fighter, and this is why violence isn't the way to solve anything.

I agree that we all bear a collective responsibility for a lot of things, but it is hard to know where to draw the line. Is every person who looks at porn that objectifies women responsible when another person commits a rape? Okay, maybe that's an easy answer. But what about all the little tiny ways we all objectify each other in daily life?
